Many people spend a large portion of their lives living in survival mode or playing small, as I call it. This can include staying in a job that isn’t ideal, feeling stuck, unfulfilled and/or not allowing yourself to shine your light all because you are afraid to rock the boat. When this happens we tend to put our dreams and goals on the back burner hoping for the time that we feel is right.

I'm passionate about helping women live up to their full potential. I believe we all deserve a chance to become the best that we can possibly be, and that's why I became a professional coach.

I'm a professional life coach and I work with lots of people to help them achieve their goals. It's my passion to help women live up to their full potential. I believe we all deserve a chance to become the best that we can possibly be, and that's why I became a professional coach.

It's so important for every woman to have the support she needs in order to be successful. When you're surrounded by people who encourage you and believe in you, it makes your goal so much more attainable! That's why I love being one of those people for other women.

My dream is to help women discover their unique greatness, then develop the skills to achieve their ambitions and aspirations.

As a coach, I work in partnership with individuals and teams who are looking for the courage, confidence, and strategies needed to experience more success in their career, or in some other important domain of their life.

What is a coach?

Coaching is a process of working in partnership with individuals and teams who are looking for the courage, confidence, and strategies needed to experience more success in their career, or in some other important domain of their life. Along the way, clients discover insights about themselves that they didn't know were there. This can be an exciting, rewarding process. It can also be challenging at times! The coaching relationship is grounded on trust and honesty. A good coach will stretch and challenge you more than you will stretch yourself because they are an outsider who has no bias about what is possible for you. They have the ability to ask powerful questions that cut through your assumptions and get to the heart of what's holding you back from achieving what you want to achieve.

How does coaching work?

A typical coaching engagement consists of five to ten 90-minute sessions over a three-month period; however, each engagement is customized based on client needs. Sessions take place either by phone or face-to-face (or sometimes using video conference technology). Each session begins with an agenda created by me prior to our call/meeting based on my notes from our previous session(s) together as well as a discussion we will have before each session that allows me ensure I'm asking all the right questions that are going to serve your agenda for our time together. After lunch we'll come back together again for another two hours of practice while I continue to provide feedback as necessary along the way until it was time for dinner break. After dinner we'll wrap up with another hour of individual instruction along with some exercises designed to help us reflect on everything we've learned throughout the day's activities.

With my clients, I support them in creating opportunities for themselves by leaning into their personal strengths and leveraging those assets to make meaningful changes. The result is increased confidence, improved performance and greater enjoyment through the achievement of personal goals.

To take advantage of strengths, first, you have to discover what they are.

Part of this process is becoming aware of patterns that have been contributing to your success in the past. Sometimes those strengths are obvious (e.g., communication skills), and sometimes they require a bit more digging to uncover (e.g., developing rapport with people). Once you know what your assets are, then the next step is working out how best to use them in order to create opportunities for yourself both personally and professionally.

When I talk about "meaningful changes," I'm referring to alterations that help you achieve your goals as well as feel better about yourself and your life in general. These changes can be large-scale or small-scale; but ultimately, meaningful change involves consciously deciding what you want for yourself and then going after it.

I can help you overcome those obstacles, create a unique plan for success and work with you to develop your goals. We will work together to look at your current lifestyle, identify what is working well for you and what needs improvement and decide how best to move forward from there.

As well as helping you develop your potential, I can also help you learn how to manage stress better and get more done in the same amount of time by managing your time better. You may have heard the saying ‘Work smarter not harder’?

We will also look at how best to manage the demands on your time so that it is possible for you to concentrate on creating the life/lifestyle you want while continuing with all of the other important things in life i.e work/family commitments etc

You will also be taught techniques on how to say no without feeling guilty!
