An 7- week intensive group program.

Increasing your "positive" brain region will allow you to perform at your best and create the life you want in a way that feels good.

Kaidi will share tools to enhance your confidence and resilience.

Nick will introduce you to the four pillars of wellness and the wellness wheel. Share how to identify and overcome limiting beliefs and identify what makes you stressed.


Weekly you will watch a one hour video training. Each pod session we will spend 20 minutes discussing our progress with the app, followed by training and Q&A.


Kaidi will deliver training to boost your confidence with feedback, speaking up and teach you how to build resilience.

Alongside 7 weeks of 1-hour group coaching via zoom, this course includes access to the app based programme which has been designed by the leading expert in the field of Positive Intelligence, Shirzad Chamine (valued at $995).  

This work is a synthesis of the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science.

A key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate all your "negativity" in the way they respond to challenges. Your Saboteurs cause all your stress, anxiety self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt and unhappiness. 

Learning to manage your inner judge and quieten the saboteurs who derail you will allow you to experience a happiness and level of contentment like never before. You will leave this course with tools you can use for life to manage negative emotion and to quickly shift into a positive and productive frame of mind.  


The positive intelligence assessment tells you how much time you spend in a productive state as opposed to a negative one.  

A score of less that 75 indicates that you are not currently in a position to get the best results from your life.

This course will help you improve that score - and give you what you need to keep improving it for the rest of your life.
